That wouldn't bother me as they hold different socket counts.

I understand what you are saying, but it did not work for me. I have been thinking about just making my own trays so they fit the way I would like them.

As I said, they are great otherwise and I am sure most people are not like me, but I did feel it was worth mentioning. Until I loaded up my drawer it had never occurred to me that it would be an issue. I was just happy to have my hanson trays gone. I prefer the socket up so I can judge sizes rather than the other way.

I'm in for the socket holders as well. If the wrench racks come out soon enough to study, I might be in for them too.

How do we order? Do we get a code to use when we do our own orders or do we have one member order for all? I've wanted a set of the socket racks for a long time and like most on here, I need extra racks for impact sockets, too.

No idea how to order. I think they are getting more inventory currently and then will have a sale of sorts on their determined day. I think it is some time in December.

Small Update:
"Andy,
Sorry for the delay, I just had to go over a few things with Alex before I replied. Yes, we are still set for Labor Day. We are getting things all ready. Our plan is to release a few new products. I know we have a 1/4 universal ready to go as well as a few other ones being sent to the anodizer tomorrow! I know they are working very hard to finish up the wrench racks. We are hoping to have them back from our anodizer in time for the sale. ( I will keep you up-to-date on them.) As far as colors we are going to try releasing a black option, we are not sure how it will go, but we think it will be a start to our colors. Until we can get our colors in house we won't be able to do any other ones at this time. (We tried to have a green line of plates, but they came back terrible.)
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks for checking in!
Pam"

looks like everything is going to go well for Labor Day.

Might be in.

I don't even have a damn toolbox right now so my stuff is spread all over the garage. Have a friend going down to the States Labor Day weekend and if they do I'm having them bring me back a 44" HF box. They're going down to get a boat with their truck, so I doubt it'll have much effect on gas mileage :p

I'd like to help facilitate this. I really enjoyed working with the Westling guys the first time around. Their socket racks are the only ones I will ever need.

Bumping this thread to remind folks of the Labor day sale coming up. I was on Westling's website and still see no mention of the sale or the new wrench racks.

Latest update: I have been emailing back and forward with Pam to make this happen.

"Andy,

Yes we are all set. We should have the website updated by Thursday evening or Friday morning. Well probably run the sale until Tuesday or so to give everybody plenty of time to get their orders figured out. We are not quite ready with the wrench racks for the sale but we will be listing a few new socket plates and color options for the sale. Thanks"

I am not 100% sure but I do know that Pam was telling me they are signing with Amazon to have their products through amazon in the future. If the price of shipping is rather large then that might be your best way.

They are on ebay, international shipping is not too bad if you buy a complete set of them.
Here is an item no
181849711656
$99 for the trays, $60 for shipping, ok so shipping is more than I thought on them.

2/3 of the cost on the trays in shipping. Ive bought bits from the states and this is the norm. I normally get around it buy shipping to a friend in florida and collecting it duing our hols, but im not rtning for 2 years.

Would it cost that much if someone in America facilitated it for you? I mean, purchased it as the same time as they got theirs, and the shipped in the most economical fashion? I've done this for a lot of people on a bike forum I frequent.

You might be able to save a bit on shipping if you looked around at different items but the problem with something like socket trays is they are quite big relative to their value, this means they need quite a big box and that is expensive
I guess the cheapest way would be to send one package to the UK and then split it up here, but even postage here would cost quite a bit, since its only Colin and I who have expressed interest from the UK I doubt it would save much.

I buy quite a lot from the states and have come to expect it, It only make sense if its things I can't get here or things that are very cheap.

So, what is everyone getting? I'm trying to decide what I really need since I have such a hodgepodge.

No wrench wracks for the time being. I think they missed the tool production for the sale but those should be available on amazon within the next month.

Black is an option but I don't think they have any photos. I know for me personally I am going with Black metric and Red SAE with all of them engraved.

I'm getting all black, no engravings. I like the flexibility and I use my tools everyday, so I already know where everything is.

The trays are super nice, it bothers me that I can't put the trays side by side though, because they're all completely different sizes.

You think they would go lower then 10% they offer the sets on ebay for the same price but they have to pay ebay 9% so really it is not a sale for them. Usually companies offer the products cheaper on there website because there are no ebay fees but it looks like some of the sets are cheaper on ebay then there site.

2nd. If they did that I'd order in a heart beat. If not I might as well wait until if and when I actually need them
