Westward 1MZT4 fuel injection tester-applications?

I came across one of these quite inexpensively, but parts and connections don't look familiar to me (being a novice with these devices). Is this a special purpose tester?

It's a low pressure fuel injection pressure tester. Since the gauge only goes to 15 psi, it's meant for TBI or throttle body injection from like the 1980's early 90's pick-ups etc.

Don't confuse Grainger's list price with reality.

I'm letting this one pass, but available on EBay for $25 shipped if some one wants the tester or its parts.
