Westward battery charger help

I have a westward battery charger model 1jyu6b and when I am charging a 12 volt battery the circuit braker keeps clicking on and off.

I talked to plp battery supply and they told me I need a breaker which I ordered. They were very helpful.

Now the charger will charge a battery but when it is hooked up when I try to start the mower the charger breaker clicks off still even when I have the charger on boost so I got a used Montgomery wards charger with boost 50 amp which works well. I am trying to find a manual for it the model number is 61-81061 but no luck yet.
