Wet floor from humid air

Hi guys my garage floor is getting very wet from the humid air. My garage is finished with insulation and sheetrock on the walls and ceiling. Because of cool nights and then warm days, when I open the doors when I get home the floor immediately gets wet with condensation, it's terrible. I don't know what to do about it. This house was built in 2003 and we bought the house a year ago, I'm assuming that the floor is not an insulated underneath the concrete. I'm in Minnesota and today was basically severe. I had to shop vac and squeegee tonight. This past weekend was about 55° 3 days in a row, last night it thunder stormed and today was 84° and very humid. Can anything be done in my situation?

Air movement -- Run a fan

Garage tiles work very well in this situation

Warm moist air hitting a cold surface = condensation.

Either warm up your garage or keep the door closed. I fight this in the spring and have resorted to keeping the door closed till the shop warms up a bit.

I'd make 100% sure that it is condensation and not moisture from a side wall or underneath, bad gutter drains etc., pooling next to the garage.

Garage doors open and closed as quick as you can. Heat in the garage helps a ton also a dehumidifier helps a lot.

It's a very common problem in Minnesota, I run a dehumidifier and a fan to keep all of the air moving, it's amazing how much the little guy picks up in a few hours. As the others have said, the less the doors are open the better, it's like a giant waterfull of moisture coming in every time the doors are open. We had a day a couple years ago where I opened the door for a couple hours, it was warm coming off a cold streak, when I went back in everything was soaked, I thought it was too cold but I was really wrong.
