My garage floor has a pretty solid covering of oil from the previous owner, the last few weeks I have been getting an excessive amount of water droplets forming on top of the oil on the floor, this hasn't happened before, any ideas why its happening? I leave the doors open all day and it doesn't dry. Floors are becoming dangerous to walk on, they are slick. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated

Where are you located? Was the weather cold and then hot and humid?
Sounds like either condensation from humidity or lack of a vapor barrier that is causing water to bleed up through the surface.
Oil usually sits on top of water, so your house may be haunted.

This is likely because the air temp is much greater than the floor temp. If you install a fan in the garage this will likely go away.

When the garage floor is still cold from cool spring temps and you start getting warmer air temps as summer approaches, the slab can "sweat" because the delta is too great.

Literally anything that improves the air flow in the room should take care of it. This may only be a seasonal occurrence.

Try a portable fan to see if this helps before investing in a dehumidifier.
