Wet Grinder - What kind is it?

I was looking for a vintage wet grinder for sharpening some chisels etc., and found this one. No markings, had a spigot for the water reservoir, drain hole on the bottom for bucket or whatever. Cast aluminum body. PO thought it might have been used by a dentist. I have no idea but couldn't find any pics anywhere. Any idea on intended use or manufacturer? Thanks - Jim
