WF Wells and Sons Horizontal/Vertical Bandsaw

I have a line on a "Model A" WF Wells and Sons horizontal/vertical bandsaw. I know nothing about the brand, nor the style of saw. Seems like it could either be a great two-in-one machine that would make my life easier, or be a major compromise in one or both configurations that wouldn't be worth having. Anybody have any experience with this type of saw? What about the brand?

The Wells bandsaw was a popular Jobsite saw in construction. The electrical contractors used them exclusively. We always used our Milwaukee portabands. A Milwaukee portaband is a awesome tool. I have one set up vertical permanently.
