What about Commercial Vinyl?

Hey guys,
I have looked through most of the flooring threads and haven't found anything relating to the commercial vinyl grade flooring http://www.homedepot.com/Flooring/A...splay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053 as an example. Is there a reason? We have these at work just about everywhere. They clean up spills pretty well, come in a myriad of colors and are pretty cheap at $.68sqft for the tile. Sure it needs to be sealed once and can be slippery when wet unless an anti slip compound is put in the sealant.
What are your opinions?
