Hey Guys,
I was going to purchase my Mr. Cool DIY mini split today and noticed the unit I was planning on is now on backorder. It was the 24k BTU 16 seer model.

But, then I saw they have another 24k BTU model that is 14.5 seer.

My question is, how are these 2 the same price? What am I missing? The first unit is 16 seer which is better and it also has the wifi connectivity that the other one does not have yet they are the same price. Am I missing something or is the pricing wierd?
Here is a link to all of their units.

Also, this will be used for an upstair attic addition that will be about 900 sqft. Wall will have R13 and cathedral ceiling has R30 in it. It seems like from what I have read the 24k BTU unit is my best bet, but could the 18K unit handle it?
I live in Indianapolis, IN btw.
Thanks
