I have found the cman pair to also be labeled as OTC and SK but searching the patent number I found this one in particular to have been invented by Milbar who is now Imperial tools http://imperial-tools.com/content/lock-ring-pliers

There's also others as it appears Snap-on rebrands these: https://www.harryepstein.com/index.php/9-right-angle-tip-lock-ring-pliers.html

Those are often marketed as being for automatic transmission snap-rings. I have a pair. I have used them to wedge open new swaybar body bushings more than for their intended purpose!

I was just looking for these myself, they tend to be called "lock ring pliers"

They look like what I have always referred to as "duckbill" snap ring pliers.

Hold open retaining rings without holes, such as flat- and pointed-tip lock rings (also known as Eaton-style, constant-section, and horseshoe snap rings). Use this tool to install and remove rings around a shaft. It has spring-assisted jaws that open automatically when you release the handles.

Constant Section external retaining ring pliers. Used for manual transmission front bearing retainers and other uses retaining shafts gears and bearings. The Wilde pliers at Harry J's are a very good buy.

Proto J251G is the best design for those rings as the jaws open parallel. This is what you want. Wilde makes or made something similar and may make the Proto

Edit: Wilde G705B available at Epsteins

Mine are Snap On 70A. The 70B comes to a more pointy tip.
I have a Williams pair too, but can't remember the model number off the top of my head.
