I used them this past few days removing those roofing nails off the vinyl sidings ... super effective... well maybe it's not the exact same plier, but it is one of those end clamp pliers or tile nibblers... look the same, cheapie ones no name brand.

Are you wanting those for the clamps like on CV boots? If so I'd recommend the Lisle tool made just for that. The part in the center pushes the projecting part of the clamp down, so it won't spread later.
Lisle 30800 is the p/n

Official name is Oetiker clamps

Well, Oetiker is a company that invented and has the market cornered on ear style clamps. They make a number of products, from single and double ear clamps to stepless clamps that work over the full 360, to ratcheting clamps with have extra high tension.

So, technically Oetiker is a brand, as well as a trademarked name for a system of parts (and matching tools), but it's become sort of ubiquitous at this point.

Except for being single use... That part annoys me to no end. Some people claim to be able to re-use them but I've never had much luck unless there's a specific tool I don't know about that gets them off cleanly so they can be reused and still seal properly.
