The first is a Handspring Visor, a Palm Pilot knock-off (actually created by the inventors of the Palm Pilot when they left 3com). It's an early PDA (like, mini-tablet), popular before smartphones became ubiquitous.

The second, I couldn't tell you.

I had a Handspring,I even had the phone attachment for it as well.
The carrier was Voicestream or something similar.All I know is that it was the pre cursor to T-mobile.
