What are these called???

Trying to find replacements for these barrel nuts with holes for adjusting wire rope. Or at least the proper name.

Similar to a "Knarp", but usually I think of knarps as being used with cable. Additionally I could see drilling a "threaded standoff" to make one if you don't have the tools to make one from scratch.
