What are these craftsman sockets?

I bought a bunch of stuff at a pawn shop today. Theses were part of the haul. I do not know what these are for. One is 3/8" and the other is 10mm. They said Craftsman so I grabbed them. Can you help me out on these?

Looks like you could use them in a ratcheting box end wrench....

Are the drive ends the same size, or are they as marked?

my grandfather used to have a ratchet set where the ratchet had a female hex. I think to reverse the ratchet you would turn the ratchet over . He's been gone for 40 yrs. dunno what happened to the set.

Thru socket without the thru (pretty much).:lol:

I get it, it's for bolts with clearance issues. Always good have have around just in case.

As the Sears ad showed, sometimes the ratcheting end is too thick to fit onto a bolt/nut. My Sears ratcheting set came with a complete set of the same sizes as the wrenches.
