lol...didn't the invoice or website say what they were? If not, what DID it say? "SOME THINGS THAT ARE MADE IN USA" ???

I'd call em ignition spanners, I have a set but they are all rivetted together like a pocket knife so you just fold out the appropriate end. Used for stuff like the small nuts on carbs, distributors etc. IIRC mine are BA sized. I also have a tiny set of box spanners (wrenches for similar use)

That's the type of wrench/spanner made by Moody Tools. Moody manufactures small precision screwdrivers, ESD tools, chip lifters, and other small precision tools used in precision electronics. Those are likely designed for the tiny fasteners you find in items like radios and computers.
