While sorting through the tools that came with a used cabinet I found a set of 1/2" drive, 12pt, short MAC sockets. They run from a size designation of VM 32-2 for the largest, about 1-1/4" down to a VM 10-2, about 7/16. What do the designations stand for?
Also, I found some wrenches with unusual markings.
I imagine they are specialized wrenches but for what?
thanks,
Rob
Also, I found some wrenches with unusual markings.
- a Snap On combination stamped "WOEX 70 USA 5" and the open end is marked 1-BA, measures .369"
- a Britool offset labeled 5/16 BS 1/4W on one end (about .606") and 3/8 BS 5/16 W on the other side (about .535")
- a small Craftsman open end marked 1/8W on one end (.352") and 3/16W on the other end (.459"), no other markings
I imagine they are specialized wrenches but for what?
