The old dentists usually use it..

They use it for black teeth..

I dont know english name

Those are Utica Gas and Burner pliers. Made at least into the 1980's according to my Bonney catalog. Below is a link to a Utica catalog I found online.

Those must be popular garage sale/swap meet finds as that question comes up once in awhile.

However, Mayhew just came out with a new screw plier with similar shaped jaws. Hard to tell without the actual measurements.

That Mayhew plier shows COO as Japan. I think it is the Vamplier or similar tool. The ones from Engineer are really excellent.

Must be old Bestway stock. Don't think much effort was put into that article. The description is for 8" pliers.
