What are these Pliers used for?

I've come across a lot of pliers over the years, but I have no idea of the application for these. They appear to be Lisle or K-D brand. The inserts have 5 small teeth on each one, pointing outwards. Are they just circlip pliers?

Except for the 90 degree jaws, they look like they could hold the bits for my circ clip pliers

They sure look close to that. Notice how the pivot can be swapped from opening to closing too?
I've seen 45 and 90 degree angled cir-clip/snap-ring pliers, but the jaws should have grooves to accept the pins and screws to clamp them onto thesee pins. These have fixed jaws that pinch of spread, but who knows for what.

I was trying not to call attention to that part not being correct, thanks for spilling the beans.

KD Tools disc brake piston removal pliers which is why they are adjustable for the different internal sizes of the pistons. I own a set of these and use them when air doesn't work on old calipers for restoration work

Thanks for everyone's input. Based on the responses here, I was able to better narrow my search. I believe they are model No. 274.
