What are these sockets used for ?

Bought these at an estate sale this weekend. I have no clue what it might be used for. I was thinking they might be for a surpantine belt tool but that's just a guess. They have no markings or sizes on the sockets, they're all different sizes and they're in 3/8 drive.

I think they are used for turning nuts and bolts.

Probably came with a serpentine belt tool as you suspect. I'm guessing they're from Lisle just due to how they look inside.
