What are these tools?

I can see Made in USA on one of them. They all do the same sort of function like a crimping tool but each of them is slightly different. They are old but they function well, just need cleaned up. The springs work.

Does anybody know what they’re used for?

They're for setting teeth on handsaws... once a saw gets pretty worn, you anneal it, use these to re-set the angle of the teeth, sharpen, and re-harden the blade.

I got a bunch of the damned things, before I found out you had to anneal the blade before you reset the teeth (no one told me that part) I broke the teeth on a few antique saws...

On a regular carpenter's saw you do not have to do anything with the temper on the blade. That's purely ridiculous. The teeth are to be set in the same direction as they already were. Teeth break when the saw set is not set to the proper TPI, they set the opposite direction they should be, or the teeth are to the point where they've been bent back and forth to many times or from other stresses.
