What are these tools?

Bought these recently at an estate sale, which I posted on the 2022 Garage Sale thread but so much stuff no one commented on these. They were all in a suitcase together except for the last pic of some knives. I'm hopeful you guys can tell me what these would be used for. Not sure I want to lead anyone in a wrong direction by saying what I think. Thanks!

First pic, is what came out of the suitcase. You can ignore the carousel of rubber stamps and the box of magnet wire. 3rd pic is some stamp found in the box. 4th pic is a set of knives that I'm wondering are associated with the contents of the suitcase.

If you won't go out on limb I guess I will - based on the tool with "NEON" on it I'm gonna guess tools to bend, shape, and cut glass tubing for neon signs

This wasn't really intended as a guessing game post. :0) I knew that was going to potentially bias the guessers. I'm hoping someone who actually KNOWS will see them and share that knowledge. The previous owner had a lot of different interests but neon was very much one of them.

LXC The previous owner was a professional glass blower who worked for the Univ of Texas research labs. So these tools from the suitcase are for glass blowing and the knives may very well be for another interest he had in neon?

The knives I’ve seen used for shaping and the various style of snips for cleaving the glass.

Sounds like your guy was a pretty interesting person.

Btw, the only reason I had any idea was as a kid mom worked at Disney land so tickets were free. When I’d run outta E tickets and was feed up with dumbo or mr roads wild ride I’d watch the glass blowers.

The various snips and shears are definitely for glass blowing, as are the various “tongs”.
the knives could be as well, although I don’t know is all would have been used for directly manipulating or working the glass.

I have had these lying around for quite awhile. I have no idea what they are or what they would be used for. I figured someone here will know. They were mixed in with some cutting torch tips I bought. Thanks in advance.
