I bought a bucket full of taps, drills, mills, and Allen wrenches and just started sorting thru them. I just don't know what these 2 style bits are. Can someone please tell me?

1) are these screw extractors?

2) I believe these are for a mill?

#1: Easy outs for removing broken bolts.
#2 center drills used for drilling the end of round stock for a lathe center. Used to drill a center punch location for accurate start of a drill bit.

The first ones are ez outs used for broken bolt extraction.
The second ones are a mix of counter sink bits.

Thanks. I edited my post and answered my own question about the first ones.
