Looks like a combination of drill guide and sheet metal flanger.

Never seen one before, but I want one! :drool:

Looks like a hand seamer. To bend sheet metal. Only time I used them was to Bend flashing while doing a roof. I'm sure tin knockers/hvac would use them often

Any name or patents on them? I agree, those are the oddest hand seamer/Sheet metal tongs I've seen.

I'm going to guess those are specialty for aircraft sheet metal...
