Hi Everyone

I bought a bunch of USA Craftsman wrenches, USA Craftsman sockets and a 12inch Diamond snips on Craigslist today for $10, and the guy had these in the bag too but I have no clue what they are. Any help?

You never use them if your re-using the old joint....only for replacement.
