What are they worth? s-k tools

I found an 11 piece set of used s-k (part# 311R) box end wrenches which list for about $220. Any ideas of what a reasonable price for them would be? They are in good, though well used, condition and include the roll-up bag.

If they are not fully polished...$50-60
