Hi All,

I just bought two bottle jacks off of CL to supplant my floor jack which is not working quite right. One of them is a 20 ton KYB which is still made so I know I can get seals for. It works, slow but works and I will have to emory cloth the ram as it is rusted the first .5 of an inch. Are these made in the states by chance or Taiwan, it is an older jack.

My big score-I hope-is this no name rad bottle jack. It will jack up fairly easily but does not come down all that easily. I am sure they both need a good flushing/bleeding to work right. But my main concern is a seal kit for it just in case. Can someone tell me the maker or how get seals for it? Do I have to take it apart and measure each seal surface?

Thanks,

Mike

New info, I cleaned it up a bit and all I found were some serial numbers (EJXXXXX) along with an X on the base in the back. In front I found the number '8' on the base. Hoping this means it is an 8 ton jack?

I'm fairly certain the Oem is Blackhawk based of pump assembly and fasteners.
