Hey guys. Looking for a 3 1/2 ton floor jack and I found this for sale used. I get all three jacks for 35 dollars. I'm interested in the larger blue one. The seller has no idea of the brand and says he hasn't seen any visible markings on it although admits if it was cleaned up one might find some markings.

Seller says that the blue paint is not original paint and doesn't even know if it is a true 3 1/2 ton jack. He says he has used it for a few years and it has had no problem lifting suv's and trucks.
What do you all think the brand of this jack may be? The seller says he thinks it may be a walker due to the style of it.

I guess I don't care about the brand so much, I just would like it to be USA quality made and rebuild-able in case it starts to leak on me. I need it to be able to lift my 6000 plus land cruiser.

I appreciate any input as the seller lives a good 1 hour from me.

Hopefully Hiball or one of the experts will see this. The blue one is a bit different, as it doesn't seem to have a Y shaped yoke for the handle like most jacks do. I think they are all off shore units. If the blue on works with no leaks it might be worth it. The red one is a bit different as it appears to have fixed wheels both front and back. :dunno:

The mounts for the casters look similar to the mounts used in AC floor jacks. Maybe an older AC jack or a chinese loose interpretation of an AC jack. It certainly does not look the same as modern AC jacks in the handle/yoke area. It does have a long arm, it pivots at the rear of the jack, like an AC, so its lift height should be more than jacks of the same body length. The lot for $35 is a good deal.

Definitely Not a Walker and Not rated for 3+ tons, Im Fairly certain The blue one is from the Watco/Viking/Coats Nike Family based off the Lift arm slot/Saddle and rear caster kick outs, and is probably rated around 1 1/2 ton at the most.

Thanks all for your input! Looks like I will pass on this as I'm trying to squeeze every dollar of mine into some quality tools. I'm a young guy just starting my tool collection and I realize that if I buy quality stuff (even if its used) it will last me my lifetime.
I definitely need me a good 3 1/2 ton jack...time to find a Hein werner!
