I would get whatever is cheapest. I have wired up and installed maybe 6 panels and everytime I got the cheapest one that was big enough for my needs. This has always been square D or a GE. I have never had a problem with any of them or really ever even needed to open them up after the install since I sized the breakers correctly and planned the circuits out properly. I used to work in a shop where the electrical was all messed up and we tripped breakers daily. The shop was rented and neither my boss nor the owner wanted to fix it. Other than that I don't think I have ever tripped breakers at my house or my workshop. I just tend to look at the panels as a set it and forget it type thing. GE, Square D, Cutler, Siemens, thesse are all major companies and it is all UL tested. I don't think any of them are putting out junk that is going to burn your house down.
