I don't know the brand but I have 2 currently and I had another which my dad gave me back in the 80's. Same tray as in the pic but red. My boxes are gold. $20 sounds about right. Theyre good boxes. One of mine currently houses my carpet seaming iron at work (without tray) and my other I use for vehicle electrical work (with tray). I see them online for sale a lot, on ebay and FB marketplace.
