What brand is this vice?

I just picked up this little US made vice today. It has the streamlined style the horizontal grooves going down the side and the what looks like the original paint. And it was cheap so I had to have it. Plus I needed a small vice. Any way does any one know what company made it and when?

I have a Stanley that looks just like it. It's stamped on the front face of the handle. I bet if you clean off that rust you'll find it.
