What brand is this vise? Never heard of it. Only markings on the whole vise.

what does it say behind the lock down lever?

Suspect brand is on the other side. Looks kinda like an American Scale.

Only marking is on the picture it says 3 1/2 standard vise. No other markings. 3 mounting tabs and only one thing to adjustable the swivel. Looks like it used be painted red
