What brand is this?

Hey guys, I picked up this pair of locking pliers for free but I'm not familiar with this logo. There is no name or COO stamped on it, but I'm assuming it's China

They are locking hose clamp pliers and the only stamp on them is "CR-MO" if that helps any.

Come on guys! Someone knows who's stamp this is.

Well, I was able to find out that these are actually called "Parrot nosed locking pliers" (I did not know that) and that a lot of them are made by Eastwood. This doesn't appear to be their logo though so I still have no clue who made these.
