Looks an awful lot like my HF torque wrench... which cost $10 new. Came in a black case, though, not a snazzy red one.

Yeah but, Proto micrometer torque wrenches don't have that ********* piece on the base of the handle as linked. That black piece is usually an indication of an Asian made low end torque wrench.

Looks like the HF torque wrench in my junk box.. They have sold two different similar designs of that wrench...... The other design looks more like a ProTo, but my ProTo torque wrenches are stamped ProTo, along with the tool number...
