Got the Shockwave, thought about getting a Rotary but the Shockwave is so much nicer and I got it for the same price as the Rotary (they're running a special this month)*.

* completely made up fabrication.

Forward 9k. Rotary 12k. Challenger Model 20000 "7k" but the PO said it would lift the heaviest stuff in the shop no problem.

Forward 10K 2post and a forward scissor lift.
Bought them both used for less than $1000.
Just got the 2 post installed and have only lifted 1 car so far. The scissor lift changed my wrenching life.

Challenger E-10 at home and E-12 and Rotary inground at work. The older I get the more I appreciate not being on cold concrete.

I have a Mohawk 12K. I traded a used forklift for it. It's overkill for what I use it for, but it works fine.
