Going through a pile of air tools I picked up at auction and trying to determine what's worth keeping and in this case fixing. The bearings are mangled. I just don't even know what brand it is to start looking for parts. Any ideas?

From the paddle it looks like a very early model Hutchins but Hutchins identifies their sanders so it should say so somewhere on the tool.

Can't help you on the brand, but likely the bearings are standard and readily available

That's really the more important issue I guess. The bearing/retainer issue can be seen in the last pic. Is that supposed to be a sealed bearing and it just came apart?

This is the part I need to replace. Ball bearing are missing and shielding is mangled/gone. Definitely, not a standard bearing on a shaft. The shaft acts as the inner race of a double row of ball bearings. I don't see anything like this available, but I might not be looking in the right place. Chime in if you can help, or this one is garbage.
