What bulb to use with grinder

I have a bench grinder that has a little articulating light arm. I have tried several different bulbs but they don't last (I assume due to vibrations). I have only tried regular incandescent bulbs....should I try fluorescent ones, or is there a specific one that should be used? The housing has a label that says no greater than 60Watt should be used.......

Try something like a "heavy duty" bulb or something along those lines. I forgot what they are specifically called, but Most big brands make them. They are meant for use in equipment and work lights and stuff.

Try an incandescent bulb made for a garage opener. If that fails get a rough service bulb for an automotive droplight (also called a "trouble" light). The first one is available at Home Depot, the second is available at your nearest auto parts store..

My grinder said put an appliance bulb in for dependable service. I first tried a regular bulb, but it kept burning out. So I went and got an appliance bulb and it has been working fine for the past two years.
