What bulbs? T5, T8, T12?

My package came via Fed Ex today while I was at work, so I have to play tag with the delivery guy.
My first stop on my quest for bulbs was at Rona, and I found one type of T5HO bulb. The temperature was around 4500 K. I want daylighters (4800K-6000K) so I may have to go to an industrial supply here in Edmonton, but i'm sure I'll find them.
I guess what I'm saying is, I don't think there will be too much trouble in finding T5 bulbs if you just ask.
I am so excited to get these wired up, but I have to wait for my electrician.

Canada, eh?
I have 2 rows of 4 (8 total) lights with 6 bulb T5's in each over the centre of the garage and 2 other 4 bulb T5's over sink/desk with 11' ceilings.

Man, you could land an aircraft in there it is so bright but it is great for 40 year old eyes and the light is very even with no RFI.
