What can I do to prevent these cracks

I have a fairly new slab that I haven't even worked on hard yet; still setting up and getting power pulled. The slab was saw cut for reliefs, but I have a few places doing this. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?

that looks like chips from the back side of the saw blade. i have a few from trying to steer the saw .

No expert here, but it just appears to be that the saw blade caught a piece of aggregate near the surface and caused it to rip out rather than being cut.

If you really want to silence them. Grind the cuts with a v-groove grinding blade, tape off both sides and fill with Epoxy Gel Crack Filler.

The sides of that cut are weak and if you roll over consistently, especially with a steel-wheeled jack, they will continue to break.

What he said - Soff-Cut with joint protectors at the 90* intersections. Looks like someone cut really late and used a cured concrete blade.

Where would one find av-groove grinding blade for concrete and the epoxy gel?
Also would the epoxy gel be ok not being topcoated?
