What concrete sealer for under carpet tile floor?

I plan to install 24" random carpet tiles in my model workshop and model train layout rooms (total 1060 sq ft). I _think_ I want to seal the concrete slab before installing the carpet tile in order to reduce the amount of concrete dust. The concrete slab was 4000PSI with fiber mesh if that matters.

What concrete sealer would be recommended for this application?

If you are gluing them down use TL37. If you are not gluing them down use TrueLock B4
