What did I acquire at the dump?

Hi guys, took a load of trash to the dump the other day, and this item was sitting in the scrap metal pile, so I tossed it into the back of the truck. It looks like a cast iron stand of some sort, but I'm unsure what the swinging arm is all about. Can anyone identify what I have here?

My guess is it was an Anvil stand, and if it wasn't, it would be. Especiall with the attached table for tools, work, etc... ideal for small work or a farrier. You could even set up a small coal forge on that "table" and have a mobile smithy.

The possibilities are endless.

It's about 24" in height, and I would guess around 50 lbs in weight. I don't have an anvil yet, but I think I need one now! I feel like the stand would be a little low for a grinder or vise, but maybe not?

The round shelf looks medical. I'm thinking it may be the base of an old dental drill.

Cream cultivator.

I have one...minus the seat. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with it.

Never ceases to amaze me that no matter what oddity somebody posts in here, somebody else can figure out what it is! That's a cool piece.

It's a cream separator base. The round platform is for a bucket to sit on. Your missing the separator part of it.
