Going through boxes from the outlaws and found these.
Made entirely of felt, about 26" wide and entirely machine sewn.

They were in a box with other items that were from Georgia which included, a brand new never worn 1942 issue pair of USMC labeled DQP leggings with the laces and tags, a Georgia automobile license from about the same time.
I have googled the images and come up with emblem but really no answer.

So I thought with the cross section of knowledgeable folks here I suspect someone knows.
Help me out.

Avenger-class mine countermeasures ships are a class of 14 ships constructed for the United States Navy from 1987 to 1994, designed to clear mines from vital waterways. The ships have the hull designator MCM.

I got my $100 rototiller into the shop and I did a quick cable lube and general freeing things up. I like that MOOVIT in refillable pump spray bottles. This machine has a few functions that were seized or stiff. I did not expect very much for my $100. This is year two.
I cleaned the fuel tank with WD40. The pull-cord recoil is slow. This is a simple fix for MOOVIT.

This seems like a likely answer - I wasn't able to find anything to do with the other flag's initials, but I'm guessing they are military related in some way.

There are a couple guys here who know quite a bit about miltariana, but I don't know know if they ever venture into the general discussion forum. I'd post pictures in the vintage tool section, you may get some responses there.
