What do fill a divot / missing chunk in garage floor

Been stripping the concrete overlay off my floor. It was popping off in spots, so I'm peeling it off in favor of epoxy:

Unfortunately, there was a slight learning curve when I finally bought an pneumatic chisel, and I took a chunk out of the floor:

Can anyone recommend something to fill this with? Will be doing either rust bullet or the new recommended polyurea coating.

That is what I used to fill in the gaps/cracks in my garage.
