Recently acquired these 2 items...no clue what either could be used for. Looks like some dealer propaganda items, but for what?

-First item is what can be best described as a solid, "Double Drive End" Socket...Marked SPP912, yet its 3/8" Drive on both ends?

-Second is an instinct handle with a M6l bolt in it (End to end), and 5 10mm nuts, along with 10mm competitor sockets..Sears, Matco, MAC and Of Course a Snappy. Played around with it this afternoon and still wondering what the "test" here is..

Just figured it out...shows how the shallower broached design of the SnapOn allows you to more easily start the nut..the bolt protrudes from the handle just enough so the MAC Cant reach it.
The Matco & CMan are broached much deeper.

Another thing I saw right away is the chrome quality...I'd say using this SnapOn supplied demo, Snappy & MAC are side by side, MAC Chrome more "Silver" the SnapOn has a Deeper/Blue-ish quality to it, both very nice...Matco a little behind, Cman terrible finish.

Got that set from my buddy who's a snap on dealer. Tossed the sockets in my tool box at work, figured if I needed spares I'd have em.
