I have a full gallon of Legacy Urethane top coat (HD-356VOC), its not enough to do a second coat (and honestly, Im about done with rolling different coatings onto the ole garage floor- I am going to try to muster the strength to finish painting the cinderblocks and redo the trim work), but this stuff is expensive and I feel bad having an entire unopened gallon. I have about 900 sq ft garage and I found my numbers varied from others as far as supply.

-- I used 5 gallons of primer (and felt like i just barely got it covered --maybe I was putting on too thick at first)

-- I used 3 kits of Epoxy (which is about right for the website - @ 300 per -- tho I ordered 4 because I didnt want to run out)

-- I used 2 gallons of Urethane (didnt open third)

What have yalls experiences been with the website quantities?

Gonna post some pictures when i finish it all up. Overall I am very happy, my only problem was broadcasting, I do have some dense areas, that was a learning experience with a big curve, oh well, Im happy and more importantly the wife is happy!!!

Count your blessings, you did it right, the guys who did not have enough are the ones with the problem. Got to be someone here that could use it.

Can you return it?
Keep it for touch up?
Sell it here?
Paint the patio?
Paint the front steps?

I built a 3 car garage and had a lot of bits and pieces of different things that I could not take back to the store, and did not want to throw away because there was still some value left.

I called Habitat for Humanity and they said they would be glad to have it and sent a truck to my home to pick it up within a week.

I made a donation to them and claimed it on my income tax.

Just an idea you may not have thought of.

Sell it on Ebay? I have 3 unopened gallons of the Legacy primer that I don't know what to do with. I hate to just throw it away.

Overall (and I admit I'm an amateur), I thought the primer went a little less than expected, the epoxy a little more and the clear a bit less.

That sounds good up front, how about the shipping side of the deal, liquids are not light, less not forget the hazmat ****.

Donate it to Habitat, they will sell it in their resale store if they can't use it.

If you still have the gallon of urethane I would be interested in buying it. I tried sending you a PM but for some odd reason it does not appear to send.
