so I met this lady who unfortunately lost her husband recently and had just bought a air compressor not that long ago( before he passed). She now wants to sell it and she said she would take 600 for it. Now I live in canada and so this is canadian dollars but the compressor new sells for like $1249.00

It is a porter cable model c7550. You guys think this is a good deal?

Seriously. my cousin had a deal like that on his street. He did a bunch of work for her and got a pressure washer in return. She also gave a killer price on a new Furd truck. He was all over that deal - the truck, that is...

I would say it is a decent compressor, the link you posted doesn't say how much CFM it puts out.

When you said 600 canadian dollars I thought it was a really good deal, last time I was in canada the US dollar was a LOT stronger! Just did a conversion calculator and 600 canadian is 599.** US dollars! I got a speeding ticket in canada about 10 years ago and it was for around 40 canadian dollars which was around 25 US dollars!

I have a C-man one that looks like it is the same just a different color. I have had mine for a little over a year. I have been very happy with it. It can just barely keep up with the sandblast cabinet that I have.

Well I did duct tape the garden hose to the pvc airline that I have running in the shop.

sure it shows the cfm just click on the specs......
•Air Delivery @ 40 PSI ISO1217: 13.3 @ 100 psi SCFM
•Air Delivery @ 90 PSI ISO1217: 12.9 @ 175 psi SCFM

also depending where you look at that compressor can cost close to 2 grand.... 1249.00 is the sale price.

If you need the cfm's and have the power to run it, I'd do it. 1/2 off for almost brand new sounds good to me!
