what do you suppose this compressor is worth?

a local guy is selling an ingersol rand single stage, 220v, 5hp compressor, he's asking $250 which seems pretty reasonable. What do you guys think? I can't tell how old it is, maybe 10 years? It's black with a black and blue IR label, maybe I can date it based on the label. I've been using a crappy oil-less for some years now and I think this might be a reasonable upgrade at a reasonable price, it's not a quincy but I bet it would do me just fine.

Unless it has problems, it should be easily worth the asking price. You will be amazed at the difference in air volume between a compressor like this and a tiny oil-free compressor.

I'm mostly looking for something a little quieter, I can't take the noisy oil-less any more. I figured that was a pretty fair price, thanks!
