I would be Ok with the 1/4" collard die grinder and the air hammer/chisel. The hammer chisles may or may not be well made, but it and likely the die grinder stones and burrs will get you by, but are likely not overly high quality.
3/8" air ratchet is likely acceptable since they don;t see a lot of use, but I personally would like to see how the 1/2" impact gun stacks up. I have both an IR and a MG725 and have never been trusting of the low end of those 1/2" impacts anywhere unless it's a brand name.
Give it a try, as you can always sell off what falls short and upgrade but keep what you like.
