I wanna put down an epoxy coating on my garage floor. My question is that i do have moisture that collects on the floor when its humid out or raining, will this cause me problems with an epoxy floor? I plan to put gutters on and get a dehumidifier. Any thoughts?

Nick, we need to have a more thorough conversation about the moisture and if its actually hydrostatic pressure and if so, we need to find out the psi of the hydrostatic pressure. There are tests to check this.
