It is hard to see but the bottom is cast at a angle.

It does look like a cleat.
Whatever it is , it has the shape that makes me just want to hammer something into shape on it.

I would guess it weighs about 75 to 100 lbs.

I plan to use it for smashing stuff into submission, but would love to know what it really is.
