What does it go to?

I think it's part of an air/electric ratchet system. There are no manufacturer marks on it. It's 1/4 drive.

My 1 /4 drive air ratchets are from HF and campbell hausfeld and it doesn't match them so sorry no help here.

I bet it's from some universal power tool kit where you could switch heads.

I'd say this is it. I bought this in the late '80s or early 90's.
